Teacher = Student

The Teacher is the Student...The Student is the Teacher.

The Student uses the Teacher to break the threshold of the knowledge limited to his personal experiences. The Teacher offers perspective, years of wisdom and expanded knowledge from which he has gained, or was led to, by a previous Teacher...the Student will then become the Teacher...

The Teacher uses the Student to share, reinforce and expand his knowledge. The Student represents a foundation that the Teacher builds upon; novice, the root of learning. In order for the Teacher to teach, he must understand and have knowledge of the root of knowledge and learning by revisiting his root. Because the Teacher must revisit his root, the novice of the Student brings the knowledge of the Teacher into question, thus the Teacher must break his threshold, reinforce his root and...the Teacher becomes the Student...

The Teacher needs the Student in order to reinforce his own knowledge and understanding.

The Student needs the Teacher in order to overcome a threshold of knowledge and understanding.

The relationship is cyclical.

"When the student is ready to learn, a teacher will appear" - Buddhist Proverb

This idea is not limited "school". Expand beyond traditional "teacher/student" relationships...

Allow me to introduce myself...

So for all intents and purposes, this blog is meant to connect us; through words, ideas, concepts, reality, un-reality (is the internet "real"???), under/over standing (however you see it) and any other transfer of human-ness possible through impersonal means. I'll attempt to not babble (already failing at that).

I seek to engage the core of my-Self, which will hopefully engage you as well--that is the point of this. I will attempt to not over-sophisticate things, which people tend to do (or try to do) every chance they get. I'm convinced its a defense mechanism of humanity to reach a perceived social status, yet another force by which we separate ourselves from others/ourselves (babbling). That's a topic for another time.

They say, "Individuals connect through the most primitive of languages"-Logic. Well by "they" I mean Me. "Understanding" is a primitive language. It's one that needs no words to communicate." Understanding" is a concept of acceptance and compassion for another in the context of yourSelf. People confuse this concept by believing "understanding" equals feeling exactly what I am feeling. But when you think about it, it is impossible to "understand" in that way. Anyway...that's a topic for another time. I can't give you everything, this is only the first post!

I am Logic--not the concept, the person (my nickname). "They" call me Logic because of my ability to defy it. Logic, to me, reaches the definition of human over sophistication--the validation of one's words and actions, placing rules and parameters around the expression of one's original idea. Do we question why the sun shines? Yes. Do we question why the sky is blue? Yes. WHY??? Its human nature--over-sophistication at its best--our instinctual gift and curse; Reasoning. Human instinct, another topic for another time...

To understand Logic you have to understand what is not. This is no different from me, you, and everyone else around us. So I am Logic because I have strong analytical sensibilities, but also because of my understanding of Logic's Faults and Fallacies.

So, in all senses, I=the life-long search of under/over-standing of everyone. We'll discuss my "real" name (which I take great pride in) and Names in general at another time...

In this private conversation that we are having, I am divulging everyone's biggest secret...

...we know who we are based on what we are not. Or do we?

Ask yourself, in one word, who are you? Write it down. Next time we'll talk about the next step...

Nice meeting you!
